Tank stories grab attention in Russia

Original: танк

Two tank-related stories are drawing interest in Russia. In Kaliningrad, a foreign national was arrested for smuggling tank parts. Meanwhile, Tatarstan leader Rustam Minnikhanov inspected a German tank from the Second World War that was found in the courtyard of Kazan National Research Technological University, a discovery that has drawn local media attention.

Why now: Two separate unusual tank stories, an arrest for smuggling and a wartime relic found in a university courtyard, surfaced at the same time.
