Donald Trump is reportedly planning to rebrand his West Palm Beach golf club as a MAGA-styled counterpart to Camp David, potentially elevating the private course into an official or quasi-official presidential retreat. The proposal raises questions about blending Trump's business interests with the presidency, and commenters are weighing in on the ethical and political implications of turning a private club into a government-adjacent venue.
Why now: The plan renews debate over the blur between Trump's private businesses and his presidential role.
