Gaza Verified welcomes two families from Gaza to Mastodon
Original: Hey everyone, @ casey and @ rania40 had the honour of speaking to two families from Gaza today and we’d like to welcome
Gaza Verified, an initiative on the decentralised social network Mastodon, announced that two members spoke with two families from Gaza and welcomed them onto the platform. The families are now reachable under the accounts SlashGaza and WaledSc, and the project is asking people to follow and support them as they share their experiences of life in Gaza.
Why now: People are being asked to follow and amplify new accounts run by families in Gaza, part of ongoing attention to Palestinian voices online.
