Russia demands ICC hand over its judges

Russia's Prosecutor General's Office has formally requested the Netherlands and other countries hand over Tomoko Akane, president of the International Criminal Court, along with other judges. The demand comes after the ICC issued a war crimes arrest warrant for President Vladimir Putin in 2023.
