Kerala figure Abhijeet Deepke claims SIR drove government change
Original: അഭിജീത് ദീപ്കെ
Abhijeet Deepke is making headlines in Kerala after alleging that the revision of electoral rolls (SIR) brought down governments including the Pinarayi Vijayan administration in Kerala, claiming those who reduced the BJP's majority in 2024 were targeted. He also called recent developments a 'conspiracy', blaming Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and DMK leader M K Stalin for planned defeats, and said he will continue as an independent organisation fighting for the same goal.
Why now: His sharp allegations linking electoral roll revision to the fall of the Kerala government and attacks on Pinarayi Vijayan and Stalin have sparked political debate.
