Original: Step 5 Preview, a 1M-context MoE from StepFun, shows up on OpenRouter

Chinese AI company StepFun has listed its Step 5 Preview model on OpenRouter, making it accessible to developers outside China. The model is a mixture-of-experts design offering a 1 million-token context window, putting it alongside the largest-context models available. Discussion is centered on what the model's capabilities and pricing mean for the increasingly competitive LLM market.
