Ukraine's military recruitment center (TCC) personnel are accused of pushing a 74-year-old woman to the ground in Kharkiv during what witnesses describe as a draft notification operation, leaving her with a broken hip and fractured collarbone. Footage circulating online shows a uniformed man shoving the elderly woman, who then falls. The incident is fueling anger over aggressive mobilization tactics.

Why now: Outrage over violent conscription methods by Ukraine's recruitment offices is a recurring flashpoint, and the elderly victim's serious injuries intensified it.
