Original: micah parsons

Packers linebacker Micah Parsons is making headlines with comments about his recovery from a torn ACL, telling The New York Times he would play if the Super Bowl were this week. NBC Sports reports he may not be back on the field until November. He also said Jayden Daniels 'probably cost' Dan Quinn the Commanders head coach job after a Week 5 tie.

Why now: Parsons is a star player recovering from a major injury, and his optimistic timeline and pointed comments about other coaches are drawing wide attention.
