An account presenting itself as part of the resistance movement of the US National Park Service, posting as AltAltNPS, has called for the abolition of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The message, also shared via a Bluesky profile linked to the resistance team, includes hashtags tied to activism and opposition to the Trump administration and the federal government. Such calls reflect ongoing criticism of ICE among activist circles and amplify dissenting voices from within or claiming association with federal agencies.
Why now: Ongoing political opposition to ICE and the Trump administration keeps abolition calls circulating among activist accounts.
