Alex Albon races with durian-themed helmet at Singapore GP

Original: "If it helps to keep drivers away from me then that's a good thing!" 😄 Alex is sporting a durian-themed helmet this week

Williams driver Alex Albon is wearing a durian-themed helmet at the Singapore Grand Prix, a playful nod to the famously pungent fruit associated with Southeast Asia. He joked that if the spiky fruit's reputation helps keep rival drivers away from him on track, that is a good thing. The lighthearted design has been charming Formula 1 fans ahead of the night race.

Why now: The Singapore Grand Prix is happening now, and Albon's fruit-themed local tribute helmet is a fun talking point among fans.
