Former Star Academy teacher slams Ladji Doucouré

Original: star academy

Star Academy is back in the French conversation from two angles: a former teacher of the show has publicly mocked athlete-turned-coach Ladji Doucouré, saying he would be better off getting the Bafa, the basic youth activity qualification, than coaching students. Meanwhile TF1+ is promoting the show's new season, including its branded pre-show with retailer Zalando for 2026.

Why now: A new season of the revived Star Academy is being promoted while a viral jab at coach Ladji Doucouré stirs debate.
