French activists accuse mainstream media of silence on Gaza

Original: Brisons le silence des # médiasPropagandistesDesRiches sur le # génocide à # Gaza , la situation catastrophique au # Lib

Activists and left-wing movements in France are calling out major media outlets for allegedly ignoring what they describe as a genocide in Gaza, as well as the catastrophic situation in Lebanon, the West Bank, Iran, Yemen and Sudan. Under a hashtag branding the press as 'rich people's propaganda media', they urge people to break the silence and link the cause to broader movements including LFI and the Gilets Jaunes.

Why now: Ongoing violence in Gaza and across the Middle East is driving anger at mainstream media coverage.
