Original: donetsk
Mediazona reports that an August 26 strike in Donetsk killed about 20 Russian officers, calling it the deadliest single strike against Russian officers in the entire war. The outlet says the attack took out more senior personnel at once than any previous strike, making it one of the most significant single losses for the Russian military command since February 2022.
