Tokumitsu Kazuo back in the spotlight with radio appearances

Original: 徳光 和夫

Veteran Japanese presenter Tokumitsu Kazuo is making news on two fronts. He is credited with persuading singer Takada Mizue to make her first proper radio appearance in 41 years on Nippon Broadcasting's Saturday show, following buzz around her NHK Utakon performance in August. Separately, during a live radio broadcast he voiced his feelings as a Yomiuri Giants fan, saying the team may only win once Sato Teruaki moves to Major League Baseball.

Why now: Fans are discussing his active media presence, his role in Takada Mizue's comeback and his candid Giants commentary.
