ArcaneChat pitches itself as the private family side chat
Original: every family chat has at least one side chat 🤫 # ArcaneChat # privacy # encryption # Europe # European # eu # family # a
ArcaneChat, an open-source encrypted messaging app, is promoting itself with a familiar joke: every family group has at least one hidden side chat. The post plugs privacy, encryption and decentralisation, targeting European users who want messaging autonomy on Android. Engagement so far is small, but the message resonates with ongoing EU debates about digital privacy and secure communications.
Why now: Ongoing European debate over privacy, encryption and digital autonomy is giving encrypted messaging apps fresh attention.
