Amazon has put its planned Stargate television series back into development, now with Jac Schaeffer, creator of Marvel's WandaVision, involved. The project, from Stargate veteran Martin Gero, had earlier been tabled in June. Fans of the long-running sci-fi franchise are watching to see whether the revival will finally move forward and what a fresh creative direction could mean for the beloved universe.
