VTuber Kiki shares her ultra-wide monitor setup struggles
Original: Gamer Fact: Kiki has a super ultra wide monitor-- 32:9, x2 the width of a normal one. It's great! And...streams and cert
VTuber Kiki says she uses a 32:9 super ultra-wide monitor, twice the width of a standard 16:9 display. She finds it great for gaming, but notes that streaming software and certain games do not handle the unusual aspect ratio well. To work around this, she runs her stream on a separate second 16:9 monitor, a common fix for creators with extreme displays.
Why now: Gamers and streamers frequently discuss the practical drawbacks of ultra-wide monitors with games and streaming software that don't support 32:9.
