EV owners asked about OVMS experience
Original: Anyone with experience with OVMS for their electronic car? @ Ryanteck ? Give me the good, the bad and the ugly please. I
An electric car owner is asking others for their hands-on experience with OVMS, the open-source vehicle monitoring system that tracks and controls EVs remotely. The question, directed at a known user of the platform, specifically concerns compatibility with a 2018 Kia Soul EV, with the owner requesting honest pros and cons before committing to a setup.
Why now: People are discussing open-source EV telemetry options as more drivers look to monitor their electric vehicles independently
