'Batman' leads Congress youth protest in Delhi over alleged vote theft

Original: 'Batman' hits the streets of Delhi, no mercy for vote thieves | IYC Protest | Rahul Gandhi | Gyanesh

Supporters of the Indian Youth Congress, backed by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, staged a protest in Delhi with a 'Batman' theme, vowing no mercy for 'vote thieves'. The demonstration targets Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and follows the opposition's campaign alleging electoral roll manipulation, which Gandhi has championed across the country.

Why now: Rahul Gandhi's party is escalating its 'vote theft' allegations against the Election Commission, drawing large attention to a strikingly costumed protest.
