Israel expels British diplomats in retaliation move
Original: LONDON DIDN'T SEE THIS COMING: ISRAEL STRIKES BACK AND EXPELS DIPLOMATS - IT'S HISTORIC!
Israel has moved to expel British diplomats, in what is being described as a retaliatory strike against London. The move is being called a historic low point in relations between the two countries, which have long been close allies. The exact cause of the rupture and how many diplomats are affected is not yet clear.
Why now: A dramatic diplomatic rupture between Israel and the UK would mark a major shift in relations between two close allies.
