Yandex disclaims liability for service outages during drone attacks
Original: яндекс еда
Yandex has updated its user agreement for services including Yandex Eda (food delivery), stating it bears no responsibility for service failures caused by drone strikes or missile attacks. The change was reported by The Insider and is drawing attention in Russia, where users read it as the company formally acknowledging that infrastructure attacks can disrupt its platforms without recourse for customers.
Why now: The exemption is being read as a tacit admission that Ukrainian drone and missile strikes are disrupting Russian services.
