RFK Jr launches new push on vaccine injuries
Original: rfk jr
US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr has announced a new push focused on vaccine injuries, drawing immediate attention. Kennedy, a longtime vaccine skeptic, has made reviewing vaccine safety a signature issue, and critics worry the initiative could undermine confidence in immunisation, while supporters see it as overdue scrutiny of a system they consider unresponsive to reported harms.
Why now: The health secretary's new initiative on vaccine injuries is controversial given his long-standing skepticism of vaccines.
