Photographers mark Silent Sunday with handwritten alt text
Original: # StillerSontag # SilentSunday Sunrise (Details In The # AltText ) (Hand Written AltText) # NoGenAi # NoAI # No2AI # Pho
A sunrise photograph shared for the hashtags Stiller Sonntag and Silent Sunday has drawn attention for its use of hand-written alt text and explicit no-AI labels, including NoGenAi and No2AI. The post, tagged as travel and street photography from Southern California, joins a weekly tradition of quiet, image-only posts, with the creator stressing that descriptions were written by a person, not generated.
Why now: A weekly photography tradition is being used to push back against AI-generated images by highlighting hand-written alt text.
