Cloudflare bot traffic plunges after strike on Yandex datacenter
Original: Sudden drop in Cloudflare bot traffic after strike on Yandex datacenter
Cloudflare's public bot traffic radar shows a sudden drop in traffic from Yandex's network (AS13238) following a strike on one of the company's datacenters. The chart, covering the past seven days, highlights how physical damage to internet infrastructure can immediately reduce crawling and bot activity from a major Russian search provider.
Why now: A visible, real-time infrastructure outage tied to a military strike is rare and shows the war affecting internet operations directly.
Rank over time, top of the chart is #1. 15 snapshots from 1 d ago to 1 d ago.
