Egyptian military deployment in Somalia risks angering African powers
Original: Egyptian miltary deployment in Somalia runs risk of upsetting African powers

Why now: Regional rivalries in the Horn of Africa, especially between Egypt and Ethiopia, make the deployment diplomatically sensitive.
