Southampton face Portsmouth in south coast derby
Original: southampton vs portsmouth
Southampton and Portsmouth meet in their south coast derby, with attention on a decision to use a 'bubble' restriction on away fans travelling to the match. Rival supporters are split over the measure, with some welcoming safer derby days and others criticising it as unfair treatment of fans. The fixture is drawing wide search interest across the UK, India, Australia and the United States.
Why now: The renewal of the Southampton-Portsmouth rivalry plus controversy over the away-fan 'bubble' policy is driving attention.
