Arson attacks have now hit the city for a seventh consecutive day. Among the victims is a 13-year-old boy who suffered burns to 90 per cent of his body; he remains in a critical condition and is fighting for his life. His sister has urged other children in Victoria not to accept money from strangers, amid warnings the attacks may involve paid coercion of minors.
