Spanish right mocks 'perroflautas' over rental policy jabs
Original: The perroflautas get excited upon hearing the song of the one who allowed Maricarmen to enjoy her old rent Thanks @Pedro
A Spanish-language post is mocking young left-wing activists, calling them 'perroflautas', for cheering a song praising Pedro Miguel, a politician credited with allowing someone named Maricarmen to keep her old rent. The message sarcastically thanks him for 'making a dream come true' and urges followers to share it so 'this gem rules'. It reflects the ongoing political clash in Spain over housing costs and rent regulation.
Why now: Housing and rent prices are a hot political issue in Spain, and the post uses sarcasm to rally one side against young left-wing activists.
