Bangladesh youth trained for climate talks before COP31 in Türkiye
Young people from Bangladesh are being trained in climate diplomacy ahead of the COP31 summit, which is expected to be hosted by Türkiye. The preparation aims to equip Bangladeshi youth with negotiation and advocacy skills so they can represent a country highly vulnerable to climate impacts at the global talks. The training reflects a broader push to give developing nations a stronger youth voice in international climate negotiations.
Why now: Interest is rising ahead of COP31, with youth climate preparation in climate-vulnerable countries drawing attention.
