Pacific pre-COP called a flop as leaders stay away
Original: Pacific pre-COP a ‘flop’? Australia faces backlash over leaders’ no-show

The no-show has sparked a backlash and questions about Australia's standing with its Pacific neighbours ahead of the main COP talks.
