Elon Musk mocks 'Prime Minister Ambani' over Starlink's India bid

Original: Dear Prime Minister Ambani, Please accept my humble apologies for not realizing that you are the real boss of India. Nat

Elon Musk posted a sarcastic open letter addressed to 'Prime Minister Ambani', jokingly apologising for 'not realizing you are the real boss of India' and accusing him of monopolistic exploitation, while asking that Starlink be allowed to operate in the country. The jab is aimed at Mukesh Ambani, whose Reliance Jio dominates Indian telecom and has pushed for strict rules on satellite internet spectrum allocation that would advantage incumbents. The post drew massive engagement in India.

Why now: Musk publicly escalated the Starlink versus Reliance Jio dispute over India's satellite internet market.
