Kramatorsk expands mandatory evacuation of children amid Russian attacks
Original: ⛔️⚠️Kramatorsk expands zone of mandatory evacuation of children due to expanding Russian terrorist attacks on civilians
Authorities in Kramatorsk, in Ukraine's Donetsk region, have widened the zone of mandatory evacuation of children, citing intensifying Russian attacks on civilians as well as alleged abductions and deportations of children. The move obliges families in newly included areas to leave, as fighting and shelling close in on the front-line city.
Why now: Russian strikes on civilian areas near Kramatorsk have intensified, prompting officials to expand evacuation orders.
