Kelly Clarkson slams New York store over 'Pretty Woman' incident
Original: kelly clarkson
Kelly Clarkson has publicly criticised a New York store, accusing staff of giving her a humiliating 'Pretty Woman' moment — a reference to the scene in the film where Julia Roberts' character is refused service because of how she looks. Clarkson shared her frustration over the alleged treatment, and fans are reacting strongly, with many backing the singer and calling out upscale retailers for judging customers by appearance.
Why now: A major celebrity publicly accusing a well-known New York store of mistreating her is a fresh, shareable story.
