Shane Gillis Drops F-Bomb While Hosting Saturday Night Live
Original: shane gillis snl
Comedian Shane Gillis hosted Saturday Night Live, where he said an expletive live on air during a Dr. Seuss-themed sketch, drawing widespread attention. Reviews of the episode were mixed: Vulture highlighted the on-air slip, Entertainment Weekly noted the dropped F-bomb, and The Guardian called Gillis a strong host while criticizing the season's ongoing streak of weaker episodes.
Why now: An unscripted profanity airing live on a network broadcast is rare and instantly newsworthy.
