A devotional message circulating online quotes 1 Corinthians 1:26-31, in which the Apostle Paul reminds believers that not many were wise, powerful or high-born by human standards when God called them. The passage frames Christ as the wisdom and power of God, arguing that human boasting is meaningless before Him. Such scripture posts appear regularly in faith-focused feeds, often shared to encourage humility among fellow Christians.
Why now: Faith communities routinely share and respond to Bible verses that emphasise humility and divine wisdom over worldly status.
