Stranger Things parody musical coming to Roxy Regional Theatre
Original: ‘Stranger Sings! The Parody Musical’ to turn Roxy Regional Theatre ‘upside down’
Roxy Regional Theatre in Clarksville will stage 'Stranger Sings! The Parody Musical', a comic send-up of the Netflix series Stranger Things. The show promises to 'turn the theatre upside down', playing on the series' alternate dimension. It follows the musical's popularity at other venues, where audiences have embraced its jokes about the show's characters, plotting and 1980s nostalgia.
Why now: A local theatre has announced a parody of the hugely popular Stranger Things, drawing interest from fans of the series and musical theatre.
