Original: timothy broglio
Archbishop Timothy Broglio, who leads the Roman Catholic Archdiocese for the Military Services USA, is a trending search topic. The surrounding coverage concerns the US Army's plan to livestream the firing squad execution of the Fort Hood shooter, a case involving the military justice system over which Broglio's archdiocese has pastoral oversight. Broglio has previously spoken on church opposition to the death penalty and on caring for US service members worldwide.
Why now: Readers are connecting the military execution announcement with the Catholic bishop who oversees US armed forces personnel.
