Kate Middleton and Princess Charlotte ride the London Underground

Original: kate middleton and princess charlotte outing

Kate Middleton and Princess Charlotte made headlines after taking a London Underground journey instead of travelling by chauffeured car, as shown in a new video shared by Kensington Palace. The Princess of Wales and her daughter were praised by royal watchers for embracing an everyday 'normal' family moment, with many calling it a charming display of the royals connecting with ordinary life in the capital.

Why now: The unusual sight of a senior royal and her daughter using public transport has charmed the public and driven wide sharing of the video.
