Original: WNBA gives Cheryl Reeve another award after playoff collapse and years of outspoken left-wing politics
The WNBA has given Minnesota Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve another award, according to Fox News. The outlet frames the honour as notable because it came shortly after the Lynx's playoff collapse and follows years of Reeve being outspoken about left-wing political causes. Critics see the award as the league rewarding a politically vocal figure, while supporters view it as recognition of one of the league's most successful coaches.
