A Wall Street Journal report says Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton partied in Dubai alongside fugitives ahead of his challenge to Senator John Cornyn in the Republican Senate primary. The trip is drawing scrutiny as Paxton ramps up his statewide campaign, with critics seizing on the company he kept and questions about who paid for the travel.
