Seller stunned by Ticketmaster's fees on Bruno Mars concert ticket

Original: ticket master

A woman who listed her Bruno Mars concert ticket on Ticketmaster says she was shocked by how much the platform charges in fees once the sale went through. Her account of the unexpected charges has struck a chord online, adding to ongoing complaints about Ticketmaster's pricing practices and the growing costs fans face when buying or reselling concert tickets.

Why now: Ticketmaster's high fees remain a source of public frustration, and the story of a big surprise charge on a popular artist's concert resonates widely.
