Super Mario 64 fan port for Atari Jaguar shows cursed Chain Chomp
Original: Super Mario 64 Atari Jaguar Fan-Port Features The Most Cursed Chain Chomp Ever
A fan-made port of Super Mario 64 for the Atari Jaguar is drawing attention, with its blocky, low-fidelity rendition of Chain Chomp being singled out as one of the strangest things about the project. The port brings Nintendo's 1996 platformer to a console it was never intended for, and images of the mangled enemy model have been widely shared by amused gamers.
Why now: The absurdity of running a Nintendo 64 classic on the failed Atari Jaguar, complete with a comically deformed character model, has amused the gaming community.
