EveryLibrary urges supporters to like, follow and share

Original: Like, follow, share to help support libraries! # library # libraries # read # reading # book # books # librarianship # l

EveryLibrary, the US-based library advocacy organisation, is asking the public to like, follow and share its posts to help support libraries. The appeal highlights reading, books and librarianship, and comes as libraries continue to face funding and staffing pressures. Supporters are being encouraged to amplify the cause through simple social media engagement.

Why now: Libraries face ongoing funding threats and advocacy groups are mobilising online support.
