Mateus Solano to star in new show 'Lá na Minha Terra'

Original: la na minha terra

Actor Mateus Solano is set to become a rancher in 'Lá na Minha Terra', a new Brazilian program. Outlets are picking up on the casting, jokingly calling him the 'new king of cattle' as the actor, known for urban and dramatic roles, takes on a farm-centered project that marks a notable shift in his on-screen persona.

Why now: The surprise casting of a well-known actor in an unfamiliar rural setting is generating buzz ahead of the show's launch.
