Tender May producer Razin declared wanted again

Original: ласковый май

Andrei Razin, producer of the Soviet pop group Laskovy Mai (Tender May), has again been placed on a wanted list. A Turkish court recognized him as the author of the group's main hits performed by the late Yuri Shatunov, while a lawyer said his Turkish passport would not shield him from extradition via third countries. The developments have renewed attention to the long-running legal battles surrounding the group's legacy and its catalogue of late-1980s hits.

Why now: New legal rulings and Razin being declared wanted again have put the Laskovy Mai saga back in the spotlight.
