A Kent resident shared that pleasant evening weather has returned, but one cloudy day brought only modest rain. Despite the showers, Kent remains officially designated as being in an active drought by the Environment Agency, underscoring how little rainfall the county has received.
Why now: Ongoing drought conditions in Kent are making even ordinary weather updates newsworthy to locals.
