Russia is experiencing another large-scale outage affecting a wide range of major online services. Reported problems include Mail.ru and Mail.ru Cloud, Kontur, Tochka Bank, VK WorkSpace, VKontakte, Sberbank, GigaChat, Ozon, Samokat and Yandex Go, with several other platforms also disrupted. It is not yet confirmed whether the cause is a general network or cloud failure, and no official explanation has been given.
