A developer publishing the Tuts app on Google Play says Google requires a closed test with at least 12 testers running continuously for 14 days before release. They are inviting Android users with the Play Store to join the test, with sign-up instructions shared in a thread.

Why now: The unusual and demanding Google Play testing requirement is being shared so Android users can volunteer as testers.
