Greta Thunberg voice of a generation's hopelessness and resistance

Original: "This generation is one that has been growing up with a sense of hopelessness for the future. When we can see our future

Greta Thunberg has again put herself on the frontline of climate activism, saying her generation has grown up with a sense of hopelessness as it watches its future and rights being taken away. She argues that young people will inevitably fight back against that loss. Supporters echoed her words, seeing her as a continuing symbol of youth climate defiance, though the specific event she was attending is not detailed.

Why now: Greta Thunberg's comments about youth hopelessness and resistance resonate amid ongoing climate protests and rollbacks of environmental protections.
