Flashscore surges as football fans track live scores

Original: flashscore

Flashscore, the live sports scores service, is drawing heavy search interest across multiple countries, including Spain, Russia, the United States, Britain, the Netherlands and Sweden. The spike coincides with a busy football news cycle, with discussion of refereeing decisions such as Michael Carrick's comment that a disputed red card 'was not a red' drawing wide attention as fans follow matches in real time.

Why now: Fans are turning to live score services during a high-profile stretch of football fixtures and controversial refereeing calls.
